Training materials and merchandise
Orders are packed and shipped from Indianapolis, Indiana within ten business days of payment being received. Transit time after that depends on the carrier and the destination.
Shipping is charged by weight and destination, and is calculated in the cart before you complete your order:
- Contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia — standard rates by weight.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and international destinations — higher rates by weight, reflecting what these shipments actually cost us to send.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by FDTN.
Addresses
Please check your shipping address before submitting your order. Where a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we will contact you and reship it once the corrected address and return postage are arranged.
Course registrations
Course registrations are not shipped. Your registration is confirmed by email, and course materials are issued to you in person at the training site. Dates, times and the location of each course are shown on the course page and repeated in your confirmation.
Memberships
Memberships are activated once processed and confirmed by email. FIRE TRAINING is distributed to members quarterly.
