FDTN CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing and
sent to FDTN, P.O. Box 1852, Indianapolis,
IN 46206. In the event of cancellation the
Course Registration Fee will be refunded
(less 20% administrative fee) if written
notice is received by FDTN at least 15 days
prior to the start of the course.
Registration fees for cancellation made
within 15 days of the course are
non-refundable. Name changes are permitted
with no charge.
